Frame, Melbourne Central
Frame at Melbourne Central is a 10-storey 19,400 m² commercial office tower that sites proudly above the landmark Melbourne Central retail precinct, whose structural frame is visible through its glazed facade.
Designed by award-winning architects ARM and delivered by The GPT Group, Frame will also include a rooftop with green spaces for the public, as well as expanded retail, entertainment and dining precincts.
Scharp produced a series of high-end marketing imagery, as well as flythrough animations and sales movie that helped provide potential tenants and investors with a clear understanding of the spacious and flexible floor plates, alongside the myriad services and features available to them.

Scharp was selected to showcase the breathtaking interior design of Hotel Chadstone’s amenities, aiming to generate pre-interest bookings across Australia and internationally. Our high-quality 3D renders effectively portrayed a range of luxurious spaces, ensuring the highest marketing standards to capture the lavish atmosphere of Hotel Chadstone.
60 Collins Street
Proudly located on the corner of Collins and Exhibition Streets, 60 Collins Street is set to become one of the city’s most prominent and recognizable buildings. The $1 billion Dexus development will comprise 37 floors of premium grade office space totalling 43,000sqm. Working closely with Dexus and leading design firm Bates Smart, Scharp crafted a suite of detailed CGI 3d Renders, fly-through animations and interactive virtual tours that accurately capture the essence of the building and its sophisticated features. These services provide prospective tenants and investors with a clear understanding of the spacious and flexible floor plates, advanced technology, and sustainable design that make 60 Collins stand out from other developments in the area.
Scharp also created an interactive online leasing app, a highlight of the official launch event. This comprehensive digital tool is used by the Dexus Sales and Leasing Team both in the display suite and online, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for customers, whether in Melbourne, interstate, or overseas. The app features advanced capabilities, allowing users to control lighting on a physical model and connect to large-format LED screens and video walls at the touch of a button.
