We’re excited to announce our latest collaboration with Pyco Group on their stunning Onde, Kirra Beach development. For this luxurious coastal project, we delivered a bespoke sales presentation app designed to capture the vibrancy and natural elegance of Kirra Beach living. Our custom app provides buyers with an intuitive and seamless experience, showcasing features such as spacious floorplans, contemporary interiors, work-from-home pods, and a serene outdoor pool.
In partnership with Pyco Group and SRQ Projects, we crafted an engaging digital platform that brings each residence to life while celebrating the relaxed Kirra Beach lifestyle. Leveraging our 3D modelling expertise, we integrated a virtual building model into the app, enabling buyers to filter apartments, explore detailed floor plans, and visualise their future home with ease. We’re proud to contribute innovative digital tools that support a successful sales campaign for this remarkable development.
Oakmont by Azure
Oakmont by Azure is an exclusive collection of 61 luxury terrace homes located in the prestigious suburb of Brookwater. Reflecting Azure’s dedication to distinction, elegance, and functionality, Oakmont promises a refined lifestyle complemented by world-class amenities.
In developing the sales presentation app for the Oakmont, Scharp captured the refined elegance and timeless sophistication of Plus Architecture’s design. The sleek interface echoes the classic design elements and a restrained material palette, ensuring a cohesive visual language that resonates with discerning buyers. The interactive precinct plan was crafted to allow for swift and seamless updates, ensuring the app evolves smoothly as future stages are launched. Scharp’s adaptability has allowed the Azure sales team to meet strong demand by showcasing the Oakmont Collection terraces ahead of schedule, equipping them with the tools to guide buyers through an early release much sooner than expected.

The Orchards – ZESTE
The Orchards, Norwest is a landmark masterplanned community in Sydney’s Hills District, surrounded by lush green spaces and parklands. When complete, it will deliver around 1,300 contemporary apartments. The newest chapter, ZESTE, brings together two striking Rothelowman-designed buildings.
Following the success of earlier releases, Sekisui House once again partnered with Scharp to develop a feature-rich sales presentation app to empower their sales team. The app proved pivotal in the launch of Essence, ZESTE’S first building, which achieved an impressive $31 million in apartment sales at release.

Located in the heart of Norwest in Sydney’s Hills District and surrounded by natural, green spaces and parklands, Veue Central launched in August 2023. This spectacular development will include a range of 583 meticulously crafted apartments across an assortment of sizes and designs. With strong sales already, The Orchards Veue has already had a builder appointed.
After the success of the earlier stage Lumia, Scharp again delivered a comprehensive all-in-one sales app for use in the display suite as well as for online use by sales agents around Australia and the world. By integrating our custom agent CMS and app with Sekisui House’s Property Base data, they gained immediate and secure management of app access, apartment sales information, and enquiries in real-time.

Lumia, a fresh residential project situated amidst the lush greenery and parklands of The Orchards, presents an unmatched quality of life. Construction of Lumia has begun after selling over 90% of the apartments. Scharp’s comprehensive all-in-one sales app played a crucial role in the success of sales by being utilised in the Lumia display suite and by sales agents across Australia and internationally through the online version. Through our custom agent CMS and app integration with Sekisui’s Property Base data, Sekisui had real-time secure control over app access, apartment sales availability, and enquiries.
