Sunshine Central is a destination where you can live, work, dine and shop right in the hustle and bustle of Sunshine’s burgeoning central business district.
Our marketing strategy was to create a vibrant brand identity that would represent Sunshine’s fresh new urban realm whilst connecting with its cosmopolitan community. We wanted real people from Sunshine to tell their stories and describe their positive experiences about Sunshine. These stories – and the people behind them – featured throughout the brand collateral, in the form of movie interviews and brochure biographies.
