Manhattan Terraces is a New York inspired townhouse development situated in the northern premium pocket of West End by the Brisbane River. Making a real impact in the Brisbane property market, 75% of the residences were sold in three months. Scharp was able to develop and deliver the entire campaign collateral from brochure, 3D CGI’s and movie, to iPad app, touchscreen and display suite, ready to walk into, in just 10 weeks.
