Primarily targeting the investment market, our aim was to showcase The Docklands as a vibrant and central location, connected to the water, transport, sports and the CBD. This was achieved through vivid colours and imagery, and a distinctive use of the circular graphic elements. The resulting brand portrays the development as a quality project, leading to 50% sales rate in the first two months and is now completely sold out.
