LaTrobe Place has sold 60% in just two weeks

LaTrobe Place, Bundoora by TOPGAN is a luxuriously styled residential development of 91 boutique apartments. The site is located on a generous corner lot at 21-23 Plenty Road, Bundoora, minutes from LaTrobe University.

LaTrobe Place was designed by Interlandi Mantesso Architects and its marketing collateral and public sales material was designed and produced by Scharp.


Our campaign centred on the importance of La Trobe University to our location, in juxtaposition with the burgeoning suburbs of Northcote, Thornbury and Preston. Capturing the owner occupier and investor market was critical to sales success and Scharp delivered a poignant yet simple brand identity across print and digital collateral together with the 3D renders, movie and display suite.

Based on fashion cues and black and white photography blended with pastel colours, our campaign design speaks to the luxurious, chic and carefully considered residences that make LaTrobe Place a truly special residential development of the north.



Scharp produced a pre-sales marketing collection for LaTrobe Place, including brochures and branded hoarding for the project site. TOPGAN, Interlandi Mantesso Architects and the sales agent CBRE were involved in the planning of the pre-sales marketing to deliver a cohesive collection that captured the sales message of the project.

To create a true snapshot of the LaTrobe Place development in the display suite, Scharp worked alongside the same client team to bring the project through to the public launch. Scharp worked on every aspect of the marketing collateral required in the public sales phase, from brand concept and development, graphic design of campaign collateral, through to production and management of the printed material, advertising, hoarding and display suite.


A sophisticated black and white scheme was used as a continuous thread to bind together varied aspects of the sales material with the styling of the display suite.


The use of fashion-inspired photography and large wall graphics, reinforce branding, highlights features and connects your journey through the display suite.


The elegance of the brand reflects a modern style which is used throughout the collateral and ties in with the minimal architecture and primary sales message.

The display suite launched on the 18th of September. Over 60% of apartments in the LaTrobe Place building have been sold so far, in the two weeks since the display suite has been open. The LaTrobe Place project has enjoyed strong opening success thanks to a comprehensive creative campaign to bring the development to life across all media and sales.
