Frederick Street apartments have been designed to strike a delicate balance between strength and softening, articulated by horizontal elements set against sweeping curved balconies. The interplay of linear and organic lines echoes similar shapes within the neighbourhood. Our strategy for the marketing campaign was to deliver a fashion-style property brand to connect with the nearby Westfield Shopping Centre. Cues from the building form also provided the vision for the strong brand mark whilst black and copper foils created a touch of modern luxury across all marketing collateral.
