Scharp delivered the interactive Sales App for the launch of West Side Place Stage 2, partnering with Far East Consortium and YPM Group to create an all-encompassing digital sales tool. This versatile app is utilised both in the display suite and online, ensuring a seamless and consistent sales experience for customers, regardless of their location in Melbourne, interstate, or overseas. Our app technology was selected once again by Far East Consortium based on the outstanding performance of apartment sales for their Queens Wharf Tower project in Brisbane. After the success of the earlier stage Lumia, Scharp again delivered a comprehensive all-in-one sales app for use in the display suite as well as for online use by sales agents around Australia and the world. By integrating our custom agent CMS and app with Sekisui House’s Property Base data, they gained immediate and secure management of app access, apartment sales information, and inquiries in real-time.
Walker Corp holds exclusive rights to market and develop the SunCentral’s Maroochydore City project, with a total investment of $2.5 billion. Spanning across 53 hectares, the development will encompass various components such as commercial office and retail spaces, apartments, a hotel, railway station and parkland. Over the next 15 to 20 years, the city’s central business district (CBD) will provide 160,000 square meters of commercial and retail space, along with 4,000 residential apartments.
Given the magnitude of this project, a comprehensive marketing strategy was essential. Scharp played a vital role by creating the cityscape architecture from block envelopes, which involved designing realistic 3D models of the buildings and future stages of the development. Our collection of high-end marketing assets included a gallery of 3D renders, fly-through animations, and movies featured in an interactive sales app. This app not only served as a touchscreen in the display suite but also enabled the sales team to showcase the project to clients both domestically and internationally.
Frame at Melbourne Central is a 10-storey 19,400 m² commercial office tower that sites proudly above the landmark Melbourne Central retail precinct, whose structural frame is visible through its glazed facade.

Scharp developed a comprehensive set of tools for the sales campaign, including various 3D visualisation of the amenities and apartments, as well as a sales app for display suite. These tools empowered sales agents to secure the sale of 80% of the residences before construction began. As part of our innovative solution, the Scharp team captured aerial photography and video to incorporate as backgrounds in our 3D renders and fly-through animations. Our innovative app guided clients through the sales journey by presenting apartment features on the video wall via a tablet. Scharp’s app allowed further flexibility as a remote online sales tool, connected to Keylin’s database to display apartment availability and handle sales enquiries.
