Scharp developed a comprehensive set of tools for the sales campaign, including various 3D visualisation of the amenities and apartments, as well as a sales app for display suite. These tools empowered sales agents to secure the sale of 80% of the residences before construction began. As part of our innovative solution, the Scharp team captured aerial photography and video to incorporate as backgrounds in our 3D renders and fly-through animations. The sales app showcased these visuals alongside level photography and floorplans, allowing prospective buyers to thoroughly assess and ultimately purchase their preferred apartments.
The team at Scharp worked closely with Lucent to create high-end 3D visualisation that accurately captured the essence of the 121 Chomley Street townhouses and their luxurious fittings and finishes. The comprehensive all-in-one sales app played a critical role in the display suite and offered the sales agents additional interactive tools in their sales arsenal. Virtual reality hot spots transported the buyer directly into the development and allowed them to interact with the spaces themselves.
