Midwater, Gold Coast

Midwater offers stunning views of Main Beach, presenting elegant apartments with contemporary designs and luxurious amenities. These residences cater to various needs, accommodating families and single professionals alike. Despite the obstacles caused by the pandemic and construction delays, the remarkable sales performance of Midwater Residences proves its allure and the high demand for top-notch housing in the area.

Scharp developed a comprehensive set of tools for the sales campaign, including various 3D visualisation of the amenities and apartments, as well as a sales app for display suite. These tools empowered sales agents to secure the sale of 80% of the residences before construction began. As part of our innovative solution, the Scharp team captured aerial photography and video to incorporate as backgrounds in our 3D renders and fly-through animations. The sales app showcased these visuals alongside level photography and floorplans, allowing prospective buyers to thoroughly assess and ultimately purchase their preferred apartments.

121 Chomley Street, Prahran

The team at Scharp worked closely with Lucent to create high-end 3D visualisation that accurately captured the essence of the 121 Chomley Street townhouses and their luxurious fittings and finishes. The comprehensive all-in-one sales app played a critical role in the display suite and offered the sales agents additional interactive tools in their sales arsenal. Virtual reality hot spots transported the buyer directly into the development and allowed them to interact with the spaces themselves.

Scharp played a vital role in crafting the marketing and sales collateral for the display suite. Our high-quality 3D visualisation and interactive app provided all the tools for agents to sell these remarkable residences off the plan.

Cowper Residences

Located on a quiet tree-lined street at 34 Cowper Street Footscray, Cowper Residences is a unique collection of contemporary Terraces, SOHOs (Small Office Home Office) and Apartments. Designed by award-winning architects ClarkeHopkinsClarke the mixed-use development offers a variety of options for investors and first home owners alike.

Scharp delivered all the creative for Cowper Residences, from the marketing strategy to the delivery of the display suite and media marketing. Every aspect of the campaign was produced in-house, including 3D visualisation, print and digital collateral, virtual reality headsets, iPad and touchscreen interactive apps through to signage.

Adderley, The Penthouse

The Adderley Penthouse, part of West End, West Melbourne was a one-of-a-kind penthouse apartment with 360 degree views over West Melbourne and the CBD. Over 1000m2 spread over two floors wit immaculate design provided by Henry Francis Group.

Scharp delivered a series of high-end 3D Renders to complement an interior flythrough animation and marketing movie to enable the client take the penthouse to market.

Bellevue Residences

Bellevue Residences are ready to build Grand Land Lots from 705m2 in Norwest, set on naturally elevated hills within a new exciting community.

Scharp delivered stunning 3D renders of Bellevue’s beautiful streetscapes, depicting architecturally designed houses and landscape. Our sales app delivered a carefully crafted digital journey of the development and surrounding amenities. An interactive master plan allowed buyers to select their chosen lot whilst connecting enquiries through to Aqualand’s sales database.
