CIT Woden Campus

The ACT Government is investing in a purpose-built CIT campus, youth foyer and new public transport interchange for Woden. Smart classrooms, state-of-the-art simulated learning environments, commercial kitchens and hands-on training spaces will help students achieve their full potential in areas such as IT, cyber security, hospitality and business. The new public transport interchange will incorporate an improved and expanded bus interchange along with the Woden light rail terminus. A youth foyer with up to 20 units will provide accommodation, support services and opportunities to pursue education and training in the one location.
Scharp collaborated closely with Gray Puksand’s Sydney office to create multiple high-quality marketing 3D renders for the design competition. Our team pooled its resources and efficiently produced these visuals within a few weeks to support Lend Lease’s successful entry. 60 Collins Street

Proudly located on the corner of Collins and Exhibitions St, 60 Collins Street is set to become one of the city’s most prominent and recognizable buildings. The development will comprise a 37 floors of Premium-Grade office space totalling 43,000sqm. The team at Scharp worked closely with Dexus to create detailed 3D images, animation flythroughs and a Virtual Reality Tour that accurately capture the essence of the building and its various features. These services provide potential tenants and investors with a clear understanding of the spacious and flexible floor plates, advanced technology, and sustainable design that make 60 Collins Street stand out from other developments in the area.
The team also delivered an interactive Sales App in time for the official launch. This all-encompassing digital sales tool is utilised both in the display suite and online by the Dexus Sales and Leasing Team, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience for customers, regardless of their location in Melbourne, interstate, or overseas.
Hotel Chadstone

A sanctuary of style, Hotel Chadstone offers the perfect luxury escape with a unique design that marries both exclusivity and comfort. This five-star hotel has been built with the ultimate in guest experience in mind offering glamourous experiences, exceptional service and stunning 360-degree views. The hotel is connected to the world-class shopping, dining, lifestyle and entertainment destination, Chadstone – The Fashion Capital, and just 17km from Melbourne CBD.
Scharp was selected to showcase the breathtaking interior design of Hotel Chadstone’s amenities, aiming to generate pre-interest bookings across Australia and internationally. Our high-quality 3D renders effectively portrayed a range of luxurious spaces, ensuring the highest marketing standards to capture the lavish atmosphere of Hotel Chadstone.
Frame, Melbourne Central

Frame at Melbourne Central is a 10-storey 19,400 m² commercial office tower that sites proudly above the landmark Melbourne Central retail precinct, whose structural frame is visible through its glazed facade.
Designed by award-winning architects ARM and delivered by The GPT Group, Frame will also include a rooftop with green spaces for the public, as well as expanded retail, entertainment and dining precincts.
Scharp produced a series of high-end marketing imagery, as well as flythrough animations and sales movie that helped provide potential tenants and investors with a clear understanding of the spacious and flexible floor plates, alongside the myriad services and features available to them.
Highpoint Shopping Centre Upgrade

Highpoint Shopping Centre underwent a $32.5M renovation aimed at rejuvenating different areas of the centre to provide customers with an improved and refreshed experience. The refurbishment included modernising the interior spaces, incorporating cutting-edge technology, and expanding the range of retail offerings to accommodate a wider selection of brands. Sustainability was a key focus, with the integration of eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient systems.
To bring this vision to life, Scharp utilised the existing Highpoint 3D model and Carr’s design drawings as a foundation. We skillfully crafted 3D renders of the new design by blending 3D modelled elements with Scharp’s own photography. We provided the client team with various design and lighting scenarios to visually communicate viable options and ultimately select one final constructed version.
60 Cremorne Street, Richmond

Scharp’s involvement with the striking new SEEK headquarters began in 2017 when developer Cremorne Properties engaged our services to provide street level photomontages for the VCAT application process. The site had been earmarked from the beginning as the global headquarters for SEEK, with a proposed 7 levels and 20,000m2 of office space, designed by renowned architects Hassell.
Site drone photography was deployed to capture the uninterrupted views back to the city to be featured in the renders, highlighting the excellent location of the building. Finishing construction in 2021 by Built, 60 Cremorne is a future-focused building with 6-star green star design and 5-star base building NABERS energy rating. It now occupies a unique position within the Cremorne skyline, instantly recognisable from a distance by all.
Smeg Appliances

Smeg’s Linea collection of architecturally designed appliances showcase the beauty in simplicity.
Smeg approached Scharp with the vision to house their new range of products within high-end marketing CGI renders. It was critical that those interiors had a modern, beautiful aesthetic to perfectly complement the artful craftmanship and stunning design of the Linea range.
300 Flinders Street

300 Flinders Street is a well-known Melbourne CBD office tower built in 1991 consisting of close to 14,000sqm, 21-storey commercial building including a ground floor retail arcade, eight floors of car parking and eleven levels of commercial accommodation. Currently a functional university campus for its current tenant, Victoria University, the new venture plans to refurbish the office tower and capitalise on both the completion of the nearby ‘Town Hall Metro Station’ which is part of the $9 billion Melbourne Tunnel project, and an expected recovery in the Melbourne CBD.
Scharp were brought in to bring to life the design of Gray Puksand, and to recreate the architect’s emphasis on high-end material finishes. High-end marketing renders were created of the Flinders St and Mill Place entrances, as well as imagery of the lobby, office and Third Space areas, and the luxurious End of Trip facilities.
Boston Commons, Williams Landing

Taking pride of place in the heart of Williams Landing town centre, Boston Commons part of a fast-growing commercial district in Melbourne’s flourishing West. A commercial development that fosters sophisticated, new ways of working and is designed to maximise the daily life of its occupants.
Scharp worked with Cedar Woods and the architectural team to provide high-quality marketing renders that highlighted the various on-site amenities available to the prospective tenants and buyers, including views of the lobby and various office workspace options, as well as street views of the Hames Sharley design.
Box Hill Central South Redevelopment

Construction activities at Box Hill Central in July 2021 marked the beginning of Vicinity’s efforts to revamp one of Melbourne’s busiest shopping centres. The aim was to transform it into a vibrant and contemporary destination that sets the benchmark for delectable dining, fresh food, and specialty ingredients. The revitalisation project encompassed the development of a new south shopping precinct, covering an impressive area of over 10,500 square meters, including ground floor retail spaces and the car park lobby.
To attract potential tenants and facilitate leasing processes, Scharp’s expert 3D team created marketing-quality renders that accurately showcased the desired style of shops within this bustling retail mall. Through close collaboration with the client team, we were able to present different lighting and material options, aiding the progress of design approvals.
