Emporium Melbourne Redevelopment

Emporium Melbourne will open a new flagship store for sporting retailer Rebel delivering the brand’s largest health and wellbeing destination to date. Transforming the typical retail experience through hyper-immersive spaces such as the Stephen Curry rooftop half-court, a dedicated Yoga and Wellness zone, a digital Football zone and the hi-tech ‘rebel FIT LAB’, shoppers can browse, shop and trial the latest products from the world’s best sporting brands.

Scharp again collaborated with Australia’s leading retail property group and long standing client, Vicinity Centres, to create a series of CGI Renders that showcase the premium retail offering as part of a larger Emporium Melbourne redevelopment project. Taking design cues from Gray Puksand our 3d design experts styled bespoke fit outs that enhanced the creative vision for this leading retail destination.

CIT Woden Campus

The ACT Government is investing in a purpose-built CIT campus, youth foyer and new public transport interchange for Woden. Smart classrooms, state-of-the-art simulated learning environments, commercial kitchens and hands-on training spaces will help students achieve their full potential in areas such as IT, cyber security, hospitality and business. The new public transport interchange will incorporate an improved and expanded bus interchange along with the Woden light rail terminus. A youth foyer with up to 20 units will provide accommodation, support services and opportunities to pursue education and training in the one location.

Scharp collaborated closely with Gray Puksand’s Sydney office to create multiple high-quality marketing 3D renders for the design competition. Our team pooled its resources and efficiently produced these visuals within a few weeks to support Lend Lease’s successful entry. These images are currently serving as promotional materials for the ACT Government and can be accessed via the following link on their project overview page.

Queen’s Wharf Tower

The Queen’s Wharf precinct combines high-end shopping, dining, entertainment, and accommodation along with luxurious residences and exceptional amenities. At its heart stands the iconic Queens Wharf Tower. Positioned adjacent to Brisbane’s most distinguished heritage buildings, the tower offers a diverse selection of meticulously designed premium residences featuring opulent materials and high-quality fixtures.

According to Belinda Wilmann, National Marketing Manager of Far East Consortium, “Scharp performed exceptionally, surpassing expectations to fulfill our project requirements. Working with their team has been a delight for all stakeholders, and their contribution has led to a remarkable achievement at Queen’s Wharf Tower: over 90% of the apartments (700+) were sold within the first month. Scharp’s 3D renders, fly-through movie, VR Tour, and Display Suite Online app have played a significant role in the success of our launch.”

Maroochydore City Centre

Walker Corp holds exclusive rights to market and develop the SunCentral’s Maroochydore City project, with a total investment of $2.5 billion. Spanning across 53 hectares, the development will encompass various components such as commercial office and retail spaces, apartments, a hotel, railway station and parkland. Over the next 15 to 20 years, the city’s central business district (CBD) will provide 160,000 square meters of commercial and retail space, along with 4,000 residential apartments.

Given the magnitude of this project, a comprehensive marketing strategy was essential. Scharp played a vital role by creating the cityscape architecture from block envelopes, which involved designing realistic 3D models of the buildings and future stages of the development. Our collection of high-end marketing assets included a gallery of 3D renders, fly-through animations, and movies featured in an interactive sales app. This app not only served as a touchscreen in the display suite but also enabled the sales team to showcase the project to clients both domestically and internationally.
