Alsop is the first residential tower release of Joseph Place, a mixed-use master plan development at the heart of Footscray’s new residential precinct just north of the Maribyrnong river. Scharp developed both the Joseph Place and Alsop brand identities, which have taken direct cues from the contemporary architectural design of KUD Architects. Working closely with the developer Growland, our studio delivered a modern and innovative campaign across both print and digital marketing collateral. Sales started in December of 2016 and already the developer is looking ahead to delivering the property marketing campaign for stage 2.
