Scharp was engaged to deliver premium CGI renders and animated fly-through visualisations for The Avenue Coburg, a new residential development by Development Victoria. The challenge was to clearly communicate a complex architectural and landscape vision to both stakeholders and prospective buyers ahead of construction, and to support the sales campaign.

Working closely with Hayball and the consultant team, Scharp readily translated the design intent into high-end visuals. The CGI renders express built form, materiality and communal spaces, while the dynamic fly-through animations guide viewers through gardens and apartment interiors, helping buyers understand the lifestyle and spatial experience on offer.
