Scharp is proud to present the transformative redevelopment of 31–35 Victoria Parade, Fitzroy— a cornerstone project within Melbourne’s renowned healthcare precinct. This 12-storey, mixed-use facility is set to redefine the landscape of medical and research infrastructure in the city.

Working alongside renowned architects Bates Smart, Scharp was engaged to produce high-end 3D visualisations that bring the design vision to life—capturing the project’s seamless integration of heritage character with cutting-edge healthcare design.

The renders also played a key role in supporting a leasing campaign for 12,000 sqm of premium PCA A-Grade office space within the development, aimed at attracting forward-thinking tenants aligned with the precinct’s focus on health, research, and innovation.

Upon completion, the development will enhance the operational capabilities of St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne and contribute to the broader community by fostering innovation in healthcare delivery and research.
