The transformation of Arden into a landmark destination is now one step closer with Development Victoria releasing an EOI earlier this week.

Arden, centered around the new Metro Tunnel’s Arden Station, is set to become a vibrant employment and innovation precinct. It will also serve as a new neighborhood accommodating 34,000 jobs and 15,000 residents, transforming Melbourne’s north-west into an integrated inner-city hub.
Located near the Melbourne Biomedical Precinct with excellent public transport access, the Arden Precinct is primed to become a thriving new neighbourhood.
