City of Newcastle has unveiled the draft Broadmeadow Place Strategy, a visionary plan set to transform Broadmeadow into a vibrant and highly connected hub, just 3km west of Newcastle CBD. Over the next 30 years, this strategy aims to balance the needs of a growing community with innovative development, including the construction of 20,000 new homes, a brand new town centre and a stadium to station boulevard, creating a dynamic and integrated precinct.
