300 La Trobe Street: Transforming Melbourne’s A-Grade Office Space

Scharp is proud to showcase our work on the upcoming transformation of 300 La Trobe Street, a prominent A-Grade commercial building in Melbourne’s CBD.

The project involved creating a series of high-quality visualizations to bring Charter Hall’s vision to life. We began by crafting two exterior images showcasing a dedicated and clearly defined entry for the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), which will be relocating its headquarters to the building.

Following this initial phase, we collaborated closely with Gray Puksand and Charter Hall to develop a comprehensive suite of visuals that capture the essence of the entire refurbishment project. This included:

  • Two additional exterior images depicting the revamped facade
  • A visualization of the main lobby, featuring a concierge desk and a welcoming cafe area
  • An interior view of a typical office workspace, complete with stunning CBD views, showcasing the potential for future tenant fit-outs

Through this multifaceted project, Scharp’s 3D visualization expertise has played a critical role in effectively communicating the exciting changes planned for 300 La Trobe Street.
