As SEEK move into their new headquarters at 60 Cremorne St, we look back at over 5 years of Scharp involvement with the project. Having assisted with the VCAT application process to delivering final design CGI images upon approval, we’re pleased to see the project now complete.
Scharp’s involvement begun in 2017 with developer Cremorne Properties engaging our services to provide street level photomontages for the VCAT application process.
The site was earmarked as the global headquarters for SEEK, with 7 levels and 20,000m2 of office space proposed, with architects Hassell responsible for design.
Finishing construction in 2021 by Built, 60 Cremorne is a future-focused building with 6-star green star design and 5-star base building NABERS energy rating.
Featuring winter gardens, top-level terrace and atrium, it’s unique design provided an opportunity for engaging and visually striking imagery to be created. Upon approval, site drone photography was deployed to capture the uninterrupted views back to the city to be featured in the CGIs provided to SEEK.
We look forward to working with the 60 Cremorne delivery team again and bringing their visions to reality.
