Having an existing red brick base, and reminiscent of New York’s Chelsea Markets, the brief for The Wellington was to promote the trendy cafes and bars and proximity to the CBD, but also focusing on the local community element of the development.
This was achieved through the light and bright images and photography, up-tempo soundtrack in the movie, textured stock of printed collateral and artisan elements of red brick, handwritten chalkboard messages and showing local merchants and provedores.
