Scharp brings Pointcorp’s Teneriffes apartments to life.

Scharp have partnered with Pointcorp to deliver the 3D visualisations for their new Teneriffe Apartment project.Working closely with clients, Pointcorp Developments and Cottee Parker Architects, Scharp have created five visualisations to bring the vision of the apartments to life.

The images for the 9-storey development are being used for both planning approval and the future marketing of the apartments, which are due to hit the market later this year.

The Pointcorp site is situated in the high demand suburb of Teneriffe; Newstead which has seen in a significant spike in demand and property values in recent years. The suburb, which largely attracts young professionals and independent youth, yields an average of 492 views to a property compared to the rest of Queensland, which only yields 192 visits*.

The design of the apartments considers the vibrant location in which it sits, by incorporating a retail base together with a Melbourne style laneway dotted with cafes, restaurants and bars, which will lie at the foot of the development.

Pointcorp is fast establishing a reputation for innovative design in Queensland. Godfrey Esmonde, Development & Project Manager from Pointcorp said, “Scharp were able to capture and clearly represent the vibrant feel of our project and intricate detail within the development. This provides us with a great marketing tool for council and our purchasers “.
