M-Docklands celebrates its REIV Residential Marketing Award Nomination

The annual Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) Awards for Excellence took place yesterday evening for a celebration of the best and brightest in property over the past year. Scharp was proud to be invited to be a part of the Castran Gilbert team, one of six finalists nominated for the Residential Marketing Award for their M-Docklands project.

The project which launched at the end of last year saw an immediate sales response,  both locally and across the globe, attracting potential owner occupiers and investors alike to take a slice of what Melbourne harbour-side living has to offer.

Scharp was the creative team behind the campaign that devised the M-Docklands naming strategy and brand development, marketing livery, website, movie and iPad application that provided the Castran Gilbert sales teams the ability to walk potential buyers through floorplates and apartment plans, 360 degree views of the development, a unique gyroscope function that demonstrated the size and view from specific levels and layouts, and a live CMS function which provided the ability to reserve apartments in real time, both in Melbourne and around the globe.

Scharp would like to congratulate not only Castran Gilbert for their nomination, but the wider collaborative team of developer Capital Alliance Investment Group, architect Elenberg Fraser and project manager Urban for creating a landmark residence that will leave a lasting legacy on the Docklands waterfront.
